Clock In Build Your AI Employee

Services

Everything starts with the audit.

Most businesses start with an audit, build a first AI employee, then add roles as the work proves out. Each engagement stands on its own, and each one ends with something your team can use.

Service 01

The Architecture Audit

Before we build, we determine what is worth building.

We spend focused time inside your business and your processes, then hand you an architecture document built for your company. Some of what we find should be handed to an AI employee. Some of it should simply be fixed, and we will say so. The document is yours to keep whether or not we build anything together.

Engagement detail
What we do
  • Map every major workflow and mark where handoffs drop and work sits waiting
  • Put real numbers on what the manual version costs you every month
  • Name each AI employee, the job it holds, and the workflow it owns
  • Lay the build out in phases, with what lands in each one
  • Project the hours and dollars back, and how long the payback takes
You receive

An architecture document built for your company: process maps, the cost of leaving it alone, every role named with its job, a phased build plan, and projected return. You are never quoted blind, and we never build before there is a plan.

Service 02

Custom AI Employee Builds

A defined role, built to work inside your business.

We define the role, build the system, train it on your business, connect it to your tools, test its performance, and prepare it for real work. Nothing is handed over until it has been tested against the situations your team actually deals with.

Engagement detail
What we do
  • Write the job description and success measures
  • Build a knowledge base from approved material
  • Build the system and connect your existing tools
  • Test against real scenarios and edge cases
  • Document how it works, train your team, and keep it managed month to month if you want us to
You receive

A working AI employee, its role documentation, escalation rules, and a team handoff session.

Service 03

The Department Build

Your team stops handing work off and starts running it.

Ninety days inside your business. We train your people to direct an AI employee the way they would direct a new hire, on your actual work, with your compliance rules and escalation paths built in from the start.

Engagement detail
What we do
  • Run sessions with your team every other week, with 1:1 coaching in between
  • Build the curriculum around your compliance rules and how your org actually works
  • Deploy a working AI employee for each person, on the work they really do
  • Write down the standards so the knowledge stays after we leave
  • Hand over the documentation your team keeps and maintains
You receive

A trained team, a deployed AI employee for every person, and documentation your business owns.

The task queue

What an AI employee can take off your desk.

Individual responsibilities, not job titles. A single role usually combines three or four of them.

Engagement process

How an engagement runs, start to finish.

  1. Stage 01

    Scope call

Thirty minutes on what the work is, who touches it, and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. Stage 02

    The Architecture Audit

We go inside the business and hand back an architecture document you own outright, whether or not we build it.

  3. Stage 03

    Role definition

A written job description: responsibilities, tools, boundaries, escalation, and measures.

  4. Stage 04

    Build and test

Your first role starts inside a week of signing and goes live in the first 30 days. Most of the work after that is training and tuning it on your real material until it hits the standard you set.

  5. Stage 05

    Clock in and manage

Deployment, documentation, team training, and ongoing management if you want it.

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

A chatbot answers questions. An AI employee owns a responsibility. It has a defined role, access to your systems, rules about what it can decide alone, and a measure of whether it is doing the job well.

No. We build around the tools you already pay for. If the audit finds a system that is genuinely in the way, we will say so, but replacing your stack is not the product.

Then that is the finding, and you keep the map, the register, and the plan. An audit that saves you a build you did not need has done its job.

A person on your team does, which is why every role we build has explicit boundaries, approval points, and escalation paths. Sensitive decisions route to a human before anything is sent.

One decision-maker, access to the relevant systems, and a few hours from whoever does the work today. They know the exceptions, and the exceptions are what make a role work.

A first role typically clocks in four to eight weeks after the audit, and starts under supervision. Full autonomy is earned once the results hold up.
